All service agreements, whether for single-service or seasonal contracts, will be detailed in a separate service contract. Quotes provided through the website are estimates and are subject to a final on-site assessment.

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use our Site to engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal. The content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Vancouver Snow Pros and is protected by copyright laws.

Our services are provided with a commitment to safety and professionalism. However, winter conditions are inherently unpredictable. We are not liable for accidents or incidents resulting from extremely severe or unusual weather events, or for slippery conditions that may persist or re-emerge between service visits. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in your specific service contract and is covered by our commercial liability insurance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vancouver Snow Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Google Ads Policy Compliance

Our advertising and business practices comply with Google Ads Policies. We are committed to honesty and transparency in all our service descriptions and pricing. We do not engage in misrepresentation or any practices that could harm users. This policy is effective as of August 5, 2025.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
